The service provider must perform pest control and chemical spraying to eliminate contamination in various areas, including silos, plant floors, truck sheds, bagger areas, and quayside structures. Key deliverables include the destruction of insect breeding grounds, 24/7 service availability, and the use of pesticides compliant with the Fertilizers, Farm Feeds, Agricultural Remedies and Remedies Act. Work will take place at the Durban Harbour, with access via Quayside and Croft Road gates. The project requires staff trained in working at heights, confined spaces, and chemical handling. All services must be documented and signed off by terminal management.
