The service provider must supply all trained personnel, SABS-approved chemicals, and equipment. Key deliverables include monthly performance reports, adherence to strict KPIs, and compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act. The service provider must manage staff transport to remote depots and ensure all personnel are uniformed and security-cleared where necessary. Pricing must be firm for the first 12 months, with annual reviews thereafter. Failure to meet service levels may result in financial penalties or contract termination.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
