The City of Tshwane invites service providers to host and manage its Fraud Hotline facilities for a six-month period. The successful bidder will operate a 24/7 call centre, including toll-free, WhatsApp, Telegram, and web-based reporting channels. Key deliverables include managing case reports in four official languages, translating all data into English, and uploading reports to the City’s system within 24 hours. The provider must also perform case management, filter malicious calls, and provide monthly analytical reports. The project requires a team of four agents and two experienced project managers with forensic or legal backgrounds. The service must be hosted at the provider's own facilities.
