The National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications (NRCS) is seeking a service provider to operate a 24-hour fraud and corruption hotline for 36 months. The provider must manage toll-free communication channels, record calls, and report incidents to the NRCS and the South African Police Services. Key deliverables include monthly management reports, quarterly staff workshops, and the distribution of awareness materials like posters and newsletters. The service must comply with the Protected Disclosure Act. Work will be conducted remotely and at NRCS premises as required for workshops.
