The service provider will operate from Johannesburg and Cape Town, offering 24/7 support, system monitoring, and staff training. Bidders must demonstrate at least five years of experience in SAP environments and possess expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure. The support team must have at least four years of relevant experience and appropriate SAP certifications to ensure the stability of mission-critical systems.
