The Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) invites proposals for the development of a three-year strategic overview report for the Regional Innovation Support Programme (RISP). The project covers the 2023/24 to 2025/26 financial years. The successful bidder will collect data, engage with various stakeholders, and draft a comprehensive report of at least 30 pages detailing programme objectives, outcomes, and success stories. Deliverables include a draft report, 100 final printed copies, and electronic versions on memory sticks. The work must be completed within seven months, with ongoing progress monitoring through regular meetings. The project requires expertise in science communication and the science, technology, and innovation sector.
