Description

SAFCOL is seeking an independent service provider to conduct a commercial review of a proposed Biomass Supply Agreement for a 10 MW Combined Heat and Power plant. The work involves assessing the commercial structure, pricing, risk allocation, and long-term sustainability of the agreement over a 20-year period. The successful bidder will provide a detailed report including findings, risk assessments, and recommendations on whether to proceed with the transaction. The project is expected to be completed within six weeks of appointment. This tender is issued by SAFCOL and the work will be performed for their operations.
