Description

The Quality Council for Trade and Occupations (QCTO) invites experienced service providers to manage the Quality Assurance Framework (QAF) stakeholder engagement process. The project aims to align the QAF with the Socio-Economic Impact Assessment System (SEIAS). The successful bidder will manage surveys, interviews, focus groups, and national workshops across all nine provinces, as well as online webinars. Key deliverables include a stakeholder engagement strategy, progress reports for each engagement round, and a final comprehensive report with a presentation. The project duration is a maximum of 18 months, with work concluding in November 2027. The work will be coordinated from the QCTO offices in Hatfield, Pretoria, with national travel required. Bidders must demonstrate at least five years of operational experience in stakeholder engagement and facilitation.
