The Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) is seeking a service provider to revamp and modernise its internal SharePoint-based intranet platform. The project involves designing a secure, user-friendly digital workplace for internal communications, circulars, and document management. Key deliverables include creating a mobile-friendly interface, setting up a searchable repository for circulars, migrating existing content, and ensuring compliance with POPIA governance. The successful bidder must provide hands-on training for at least seven staff members and offer six months of post-training support. The project must be completed within twelve weeks from the contract start date. Bidders are required to submit an itemised quotation for this work.
