Sentech SOC Limited is seeking a service provider to develop an Enterprise Cyber Incident Response Plan and provide forensic services for a 12-month period. The work will take place in South Africa. The project involves creating detailed procedures for incident detection, analysis, containment, and recovery, as well as establishing an incident response team with defined roles. Key deliverables include scenario-based playbooks, communication and notification templates, forensic chain-of-custody documentation, and a legal/regulatory compliance register. The provider must also conduct three tabletop exercises and provide staff training. All deliverables must be submitted in editable, reusable formats. The project aims to ensure Sentech meets its legal obligations under the Cybercrimes Act and POPIA while improving its overall security posture through continuous testing and root cause analysis.

- Digital forensics accreditation (e.g., CREST or GIAC) required
- Must hold valid Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance
- Must be registered on the Sentech Supplier Database

- Project team must hold relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, PMBOK)
- Valid B-BBEE certificate required for preference points
