- Valid Waste Management Licenses for treatment, landfill, and incineration facilities
- Valid Air Emissions License
- Valid SAHPRA license for medical devices
- Valid dangerous goods transportation license
- Minimum five Hazchem certificates and PrDPs with Dangerous Goods endorsement
- Audited annual financial statements not older than 18 months
- Bank rating letter of A or B for at least R5 million
- Valid Public Liability Insurance of at least R20 million
- SANAS accredited B-BBEE certificate or Sworn Affidavit
