The project involves replacing existing hardware with a new data center solution, including compute, virtualization, and backup systems. Key deliverables include migrating approximately 100TB of data and 311 virtual machines between sites in Gauteng and Cape Town, alongside disaster recovery setup. The contract includes three years of 24/7 hardware and software support, plus training for SABS engineers. The project duration is three years.
