Description

The National Heritage Council is seeking a professional service provider to manage performing artists for the 2026 Golden Shield Heritage Awards. The event will take place on 25 September 2025 in Mbombela, Mpumalanga. The successful bidder must coordinate logistics, including travel and accommodation, for a DJ, three cultural groups, a marimba band, and two Masters of Ceremony. Additionally, the provider must secure a high-profile main act from a list of iconic South African musicians. The coordinator is responsible for ensuring all performers arrive at the venue at least two hours before the event and must provide regular progress reports to the council.
