Description

The National Housing Finance Corporation (NHFC) is seeking a service provider for a two-year project involving the back-scanning of physical records and the migration of digital files into an Enterprise Content Management system. The work will take place at the NHFC Head Office in Sandton, with additional collection points in Midrand, Gqeberha, and the Western Cape. Key deliverables include digitizing approximately 3,500 boxes of physical records, migrating nearly 20 terabytes of electronic data, indexing metadata, securely destroying scanned physical documents, and providing training to NHFC staff. The project requires a dedicated Project Manager and Technical Lead to oversee the digitization and migration processes.
