Description

The Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) is establishing a panel of Economic Development (ED) advisors for the IPP Office for a five-year period. The work involves providing specialist advisory, analytical, and implementation support to integrate economic development objectives into procurement planning, contract management, and supplier development. Key deliverables include designing tender documents, evaluating bids, supporting localisation and industrialisation, and providing expert advice on B-BBEE and procurement legislation. The project requires extensive experience in infrastructure procurement and economic modelling.
