Description

The Independent Power Producers’ Office (IPP Office) is seeking a Legal Transaction Advisor to support the Gas Independent Power Producers Procurement Programme (GAS IPPPP) Bid Window 2. The work will be based in South Africa. The advisor will be responsible for drafting the Request for Proposal (RFP) and project agreements, evaluating bid responses, supporting financial close activities, providing legal advisory for disputes, and facilitating stakeholder engagement.
