Description

The Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) is seeking a Travel Management Company to provide comprehensive travel solutions for a five-year period. The scope includes managing domestic and international air travel, accommodation, vehicle rentals, shuttle services, and visa processing. The service provider must offer 24/7 emergency support and implement a cloud-hosted Online Booking Tool that integrates with the DBSA’s ERP system. Key deliverables involve policy enforcement, expense management, and financial reporting. The provider must manage approximately 12,000 annual transactions, including air travel and accommodation. Bidders must demonstrate at least five years of corporate travel experience, managing an annual spend of at least R100 million. Key personnel must hold relevant NQF level 6 qualifications. All supplier commissions and rebates must be returned to the DBSA.

  • Must have valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing
  • Must be registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
  • Must provide valid SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN
  • Must provide CIPC registration and share certificates
  • Must successfully complete a mandatory system demonstration
