Key deliverables include a current-state assessment report, a document review register, and a final QMS implementation plan. The project duration is estimated at 6 to 8 weeks. Bidders must provide hourly rates for a Project Manager, a Lead Auditor, and an Auditor, all of whom must possess specific NQF qualifications and industry experience.
