Description

The Public Service Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA) is seeking a professional Travel Management Company to provide comprehensive travel services for a period of 36 months, with an optional 12-month extension. The work will be based in Pretoria. Key deliverables include managing domestic air travel, accommodation, car rentals, and shuttle services while adhering to National Treasury cost containment guidelines. The successful bidder must provide 24/7 emergency support, dedicated account management, and monthly performance reporting. The service provider will also be responsible for managing financial accounts, applying negotiated rates, and ensuring all commissions earned are reimbursed to PSETA. The estimated annual volume is approximately 2,505 transactions.
