Description

Freedom Park is seeking a service provider to organize, commercialize, and manage the Freedom Park Mountain Bike Challenge for a 36-month period. The work will take place at Freedom Park in Salvokop, Pretoria. The successful bidder will be responsible for event conceptualization, recruiting participants, securing sponsorships, managing broadcasting rights, and handling all marketing and operational logistics, including safety and vendor management. The goal is to grow the event and generate revenue through commercial activities. Bidders must demonstrate expertise in sports event management, marketing, and sponsorship acquisition to qualify for the project.
