The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) invites proposals for the appointment of a service provider to handle XBRL Taxonomy development, maintenance, and training. The work will take place in Gauteng over a 24-month period. Key deliverables include maintaining and updating the XBRL and ESG taxonomies, ensuring compliance with IFRS and GRAP standards, and providing training to CIPC staff to enable independent taxonomy management. The provider must also supply necessary development tools and offer ongoing technical support. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience, provide detailed personnel qualifications, and submit a comprehensive pricing schedule. The project requires a minimum functionality score of 60 points to qualify for further evaluation. All work must align with the Companies Act and relevant financial reporting standards.
