The service provider must supply, set up, and test all equipment, including screens, speakers, mixers, microphones, and a karaoke machine, by 07:00 am on the day of the event. The system must be fully operational for the event duration from 09:00 am to 15:00 pm. The equipment must be suitable for outdoor use. All quotes must be submitted by 11:00 am on 19 August 2026. The appointment will be based on an 80/20 evaluation criteria, focusing on price and specific goals.
