Description

The Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) is seeking a panel of three suppliers to provide and deliver office stationery. This work will be performed on an ad-hoc basis over a 36-month period. The project requires the supply of A4 and A3 copy paper that meets specific ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality and environmental standards. Successful bidders must be able to deliver standard orders within three business days and emergency orders within 12 hours. Bidders must have an office or branch located in Gauteng. The contract includes annual performance reviews, and suppliers must respond to quotation requests within three working days. A compulsory virtual briefing session is scheduled for 17 July 2026.
