The Public Service Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA) is seeking a service provider to support and maintain its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The work will take place in Pretoria. Key deliverables include enhancing system configurations, providing ongoing platform support, troubleshooting for end users, managing change requests, and assisting with quarterly reporting to the National Learner Reporting Database and SETMIS. The service provider must also maintain the cloud infrastructure and provide weekly reporting. The contract duration is six months, starting on 31 March 2027. Proposals must be submitted by 17 July 2026 at 11:00.

- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
