The successful bidder will be responsible for managing the learnership agreement, uploading learners to the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) systems, providing learner support for online platforms, and submitting monthly progress reports. The contract duration is twelve months. Additionally, the service provider must ensure the secure handling and storage of sensitive RAF data in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act.
