Description

The CIPC is seeking a service provider to implement and support a cloud-based Queue Management System for its Self Service Centres. The project involves providing hardware, such as digital kiosks and screens, and software to manage visitor flow across four initial locations, with the capacity to scale to nine. The contract duration is three years. Key deliverables include system installation, staff training, real-time analytics, and ongoing maintenance with a four-hour support turnaround time.
