Description

The Electoral Commission invites bids for the supply of 240,000 indelible ink finger marking pens. The pens must be manufactured within South Africa and feature a 20% to 25% silver nitrate concentration with anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties. Each pen must be leak-proof and capable of marking 1,000 fingers. The final product must be delivered to the Electoral Commission warehouse in Centurion by 30 August 2026. Bidders must be established operators with direct control over the design and production process. Sub-contracting is strictly prohibited for this project.
