The Safety and Security Sector Education and Training Authority (SASSETA) is seeking to appoint a panel of four experienced labour law firms. The successful bidders will provide professional labour law and employee relations services on an ad hoc basis. Key deliverables include providing legal opinions, managing internal disciplinary hearings, representing the organization in external dispute resolution forums, and reporting on labour law developments.
