Description

The Department of Land Reform and Rural Development is seeking a service provider to develop a Socio-Economic Impact Assessment System (SEIAS) report regarding amendments to the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act of 2013. The project will take place in Pretoria and must be completed within a three-month period. Key deliverables include an inception report, a draft SEIAS report involving consultations with the Department of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, and a final SEIAS report. The project is structured into three phases with a 10% retention fee applied to the final payment.
