Deliveries must be made to Locomotives New Build, Bay 19, 311 Solomon Mahlangu Drive, Durban. The supplier must meet standard delivery timelines of 10 business days and emergency timelines of 3 business days from the receipt of a purchase order. All goods must be new, correctly labelled, and possess at least 75% of their manufacturer-stated shelf life upon delivery. The contract does not guarantee minimum purchase volumes, and unit prices must remain fixed for the entire two-year duration.
