Description

Transnet Engineering Durban is seeking a service provider for the supply and delivery of consumable materials, including paper products, soaps, and detergents. This contract will support their Manufacturing and Maritime businesses on an as-and-when-required basis for a period of 24 months, starting 01 November 2026. Deliveries must be made to Locomotives New Build, Bay 19, 311 Solomon Mahlangu Drive, Durban. The supplier must meet standard delivery timelines of 10 business days and emergency timelines of 3 business days from the receipt of a purchase order. All goods must be new, correctly labelled, and possess at least 75% of their manufacturer-stated shelf life upon delivery. The contract does not guarantee minimum purchase volumes, and unit prices must remain fixed for the entire two-year duration.
