The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking a service provider to supply security guarding services at the Kimberley Customer Service Centre. The work involves 24/7 security, including access control, regular patrols, protection of staff and property, and ad-hoc event security. The service provider must supply all necessary equipment, such as radios, metal detectors, and guard monitoring systems. Personnel must be appropriately graded and wear professional uniforms. The contract duration is for a period not exceeding six months. The service provider must maintain an office within a 50 km radius of the Kimberley office. The tender is evaluated on an 80/20 preference point system. The closing date for submissions is 09 September 2026 at 12:00.
