Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife is seeking a service provider to supply a turbine helicopter and crew for a one-year contract. The work involves biological surveys of vulture nests, management of alien plants, and high-altitude mountain rescue operations. These activities will take place in the Maloti and Drakensberg mountains, including the Ukhahlamba Drakensberg Park. The aircraft must be capable of high-altitude flight, carry specific equipment, and accommodate stretcher patients. The service provider must be available 24/7 for emergency mission planning. The contract duration is twelve months, with operations requiring specialized pilot experience in mountain flying and search and rescue missions.
