Description

The National Housing Finance Corporation (NHFC) is seeking a service provider to conduct customer service training for 30 employees. The training will take place in-person at the NHFC offices. The program aims to improve staff skills in communication, conflict resolution, and customer relationship management. The training will be delivered over three days to three separate groups of ten employees each. Key deliverables include a detailed training schedule, electronic training manuals, and practical exercises tailored to the housing industry. The facilitator must provide professional guidance on modern customer service techniques. The project must be completed by the appointed service provider according to the agreed schedule.
