Air Traffic and Navigation Services (ATNS) is seeking a service provider to lease a head office building. The property must be located within 50 km of OR Tambo International Airport and offer between 7,000 and 7,500 square meters of space. The building must be A-Grade, under 15 years old, and include 350 parking bays. The contract covers a seven-year lease with an optional two-year extension. The successful bidder will provide a turnkey solution, including interior design, space planning, retrofitting, and project management. The facility must feature backup power, water storage, and energy-efficient systems. Bidders must have at least 10 years of experience in commercial property management and provide a qualified professional team.
