The Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) is seeking a service provider to support, maintain, and enhance its existing HALO ITSM cloud-based solution. The work will take place at the FIC offices in Centurion. Key deliverables include system configuration, workflow improvements, and the integration of a Public Query Process. The project also requires onboarding three new divisions and providing a three-year support contract with 15 hours of monthly maintenance. The project is scheduled to commence by 1 November 2026, with final completion, testing, and handover required by 31 March 2027. Bidders must be accredited HALO implementation partners.
