The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking a service provider to lease office space for its Tzaneen Client Experience Centre. The contract duration is six months, starting on 01 September 2026. The required premises must be a Grade B building located in the Tzaneen Central Business District, offering 400m² of office space and 30m² of storage. The facility must include 19 secure parking bays, backup power and water systems, and full compliance with National Building Regulations and Occupational Health and Safety standards. The landlord is responsible for maintenance, fire safety systems, and providing necessary layout drawings. The space must be accessible, preferably on the ground floor or via lift, and must not be located within a shopping mall. The RAF will evaluate bids based on an 80/20 preference point system.
