Description

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) invites bids for the leasing of office accommodation for its Limpopo Regional Office in Polokwane. The contract spans nine years and eleven months, starting 01 March 2027, with a four-month beneficial occupation period beginning 01 November 2026. The required space is between 300m² and 350m² in a Grade B or higher building, excluding industrial areas. The scope includes a turnkey solution with fit-outs, maintenance, security, and infrastructure such as fibre-optic networks, backup power, and water supply. Bidders must provide at least 12 covered parking bays. The tender requires a minimum functional score of 70 out of 100 to qualify for price evaluation. The bid validity period is 120 days from the closing date of 31 July 2026.
