Description

The Presidency invites service providers to bid for the maintenance and technical support of video conferencing systems located at the Union Buildings in Pretoria. The contract covers three boardrooms (108, 144, and 145) for a period of three years. Key deliverables include regular system health checks, firmware and software updates, troubleshooting, and on-site standby support for VIP meetings. The provider must ensure all equipment, such as cameras, microphones, and control panels, remains fully operational. Support is required during standard business hours, with additional availability needed for weekends and after-hours sessions.
