The project requires a turn-key approach, including the creation of a secure evidence vault for forensic purposes. The contract duration is five years, with a 120-day bid validity period. A non-compulsory virtual briefing session is scheduled for 20 July 2026, and the final submission deadline is 05 August 2026.
