The Road Traffic Management Corporation (RTMC) is inviting bids for the appointment of a service provider to deliver an Integrated Employee Health and Wellness Program (EHWP). The contract will span a period of three years. The successful service provider must offer comprehensive support, including a 24/7 clinical support line, unlimited telephone counselling, and up to eight face-to-face counselling sessions per employee annually. The scope also includes medical case management, health risk assessments, financial and legal advice, and crisis intervention services. Additionally, the provider is responsible for marketing and communication materials, such as brochures and posters, and must provide a dedicated account manager to handle monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. The service must be accessible to employees near their place of work or residence. Bidders are required to submit pricing options based on a monthly retainer fee and a rate per head, inclusive of all VAT and overhead costs.
