The building must be between 1000 and 1500 square meters in size and include at least 30 covered parking spaces. The property should be situated within the central business district and be ready for immediate occupation with all necessary legal approvals. Preference will be given to buildings with high-quality amenities that are located near public transport. This project is a market-testing exercise to secure permanent office space for the Mpumalanga Operating Unit. All submissions must be finalized by 28 September 2026 at 10:00. Interested parties must provide their asking price as part of their proposal, as this is an initial market-testing phase.
