The Victor Khanye Local Municipality invites bids for a three-year contract to provide law enforcement back-office administrative support. The project involves supplying and managing a traffic contravention system, including mobile radar cameras, fixed camera sites, ANPR units, and handheld devices. The service provider will handle violation processing, revenue management, and training of municipal staff. • CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
• Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
• Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

Full requirements

• Valid SARS Tax Clearance Certificate
• Proof of CSD registration
• ISO 9001:2015 certification
• SABS 1795 certification for camera equipment
• Minimum of 20 calibration certificates
• Proof of integration with NaTIS, SAPS, mSCOA, and financial institutions
