The Trans Caledon Tunnel Authority (TCTA) is seeking a service provider to upgrade and maintain their Sage 300 Finance system. The project involves upgrading the software to the latest version, configuring Sage Enterprise Intelligence across 21 databases, and setting up automated GL consolidations. Additionally, the provider must implement intercompany transaction engines, centralized bank services, and invoice duplication prevention tools. The work also includes maintaining integrations with existing SCM and HR systems, alongside providing ongoing support and staff training. This contract will run for eighteen months, concluding in April 2028. The work will be performed at the TCTA offices in Centurion. Bidders must demonstrate extensive experience in Sage 300 implementations and provide a detailed project approach to ensure system stability and efficiency.
