The successful bidder will manage these properties and must cover all municipal costs, including water, electricity, and taxes. Bidders may also submit development proposals for vacant land within the first year. The project requires a qualified Project Manager with at least five years of experience in property management. Bidders must demonstrate their capability by providing a detailed business case and two reference letters for previous property management work. The contract will be awarded based on the highest rental offer, which must meet the set reserve price and include an annual escalation of at least CPIX plus 3%.
