The project covers 12 proclaimed fishing harbours. The service provider must deliver items, including various cleaning agents, paper products, and janitorial tools, to the Foretrust Building in Cape Town. All deliveries must be completed within 60 days of receiving an official purchase order. Prices must be firm and inclusive of VAT. The contract will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system.
