The service provider must supply additional licenses, renew existing maintenance, and provide 24/7/365 standby support, including physical hardware checks, installations, and troubleshooting. Bidders must have at least three years of experience in Netbackup support and hold Cohesity 'Preferred Partner' certification. All onsite personnel must also be certified and experienced.
