Description

The National Consumer Commission (NCC) is inviting service providers to submit proposals for a four-day Business Continuity Management (BCM) training programme. The training must align with ISO 22301 standards and international best practices to improve organizational resilience. The work will take place at the NCC premises and is intended for ten participants, including senior managers and administrators. Key deliverables include the provision of all training materials, a practical desktop scenario assessment on the final day, and the issuance of certificates of completion to all attendees. The training must cover BCM policy development, risk assessments, business impact analysis, and incident response procedures. The project must be completed by the dates confirmed with the successful bidder. The closing date for all submissions is 03 July 2026 at 15h00.

  • Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or certificate

  • Accreditation with a recognized professional body (e.g., PECB or BCI)
  • Lead Facilitator must hold an NQF7 degree and ISO 22301 certificate
  • Lead Facilitator must have five years of experience with reference letters
  • Valid B-BBEE status level verification certificate or sworn affidavit
