The National Consumer Commission (NCC) invites service providers to conduct an impact assessment of its business and consumer education and enforcement interventions. This project covers a five-year period and is expected to be completed over eight months. The work involves a desktop review, national surveys, 16 focus groups across four provinces (Gauteng, Western Cape, Northern Cape, and Northwest), and in-depth interviews with officials. Key deliverables include an inception report, a literature review, a fieldwork report, draft reports, and a final report with recommendations. A compulsory briefing session will be held via Microsoft Teams on 12 June 2026. The bid validity period is 90 days, and the closing date for submissions is 26 June 2026 at 14:00.
