Description

The Public Service Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA) is seeking a Travel Management Company (TMC) for a 36-month contract, with an optional 12-month extension. The work involves managing domestic and international air travel, accommodation, car rentals, and shuttle services. Key deliverables include 24/7 emergency support, monthly management reporting, and financial reconciliation. The TMC must implement a 30-day bill-back facility and ensure compliance with National Treasury cost containment rules. The service provider will manage approximately 2,505 transactions annually.
