The National Metrology Institute of South Africa (NMISA) is seeking a service provider for the transition and management of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP infrastructure and Microsoft Azure environment. The contract duration is one year. The successful bidder will handle technical handovers, Azure administration, ERP infrastructure support, and application development. Key deliverables include performance monitoring, security management, disaster recovery, and knowledge transfer through training and documentation. The work will be performed remotely or at NMISA facilities as required. Bidders must provide ongoing managed services, including support for Power Platform and data migration, while ensuring compliance with POPIA standards.
